Will Hewlett was born in Sydney, Australia. He graduated from the University of Dubuque in Iowa,  playing quarterback at the collegiate level. Coach Hewlett played briefly in the Arena Football League before following his passion for coaching.  Shortly after finishing up as a player, Coach Hewlett entered the private quarterback coaching industry and conducted NFL draft prep during the offseason with QB Collective. This will be his second year coaching Quarterbacks at St Augustine High School. He currently lives in Ponte Vedra, FL, with his wife Julia and four children.
